Save for later ☝🏼 •492 kcals •43g PRO, 57g CHO, 13g PRO Serves 1: -100g of uncooked chicken breast -1 egg -1 tbsp of buffalo sauce -15g of cornflakes -1/2 tsp of paprika & garlic powder -1 wrap -20g of cheese -10g of tortilla chips, crushed -1 tbsp of ranch -Lettuce -Tomato -Red onion Buffalo sauce: -10g of reduced sugar ketchup -1 tsp of honey -1 tsp of mustard -10g of Franks buffalo sauce Method: 1. Butterfly the chicken breast. Whisk the egg and mix with 1 tbsp of buffalo sauce. Dip in the chicken. 2. Crush the cornflakes, then mix with the garlic powder and paprika. Dip the chicken breast into this and coat all over. Spray with oil and air fry for 15-20 mins until cooked. Once cooked, slice into smaller chunks. 3. For the buffalo sauce, mix the ingredients together then microwave for 30 seconds. While it’s hot, add the chicken to it and then mix well (I used a lunch box to shake it and coat it evenly). 4. Cut a straight line from the bottom of the wrap up until the middle. Then start assembling with the chicken on the bottom left corner. Add the ranch, lettuce, tomato and red onion to the top left corner. Then place the crushed tortilla chips on the top right corner. Finally, add the cheese to the remaining corner. 5. Fold over with the chicken side going first to the lettuce and so on. 6. Once folded, toast on a pan or in a sandwich toaster. 7.
