this may be one of if not the most difficult instruments to learn technically (glass harmonica is also up there), but piano and organ have a higher amount of neurological activity occurring at once and are considered the most complex instruments and possibly activities known to mankind from a neurological perspective. That just means the amount of different brain region activity at once is higher. There are plenty of things that require more precision and concentration though.
