My daughter went child free but there was only immediate family at ceremony. Many of their friends came from out of town but parents lived in area. 1/

I wouldn’t of had a flower girl if it was a child free wedding, there was a mess a our flower girl wasn’t there so we found a replacement last minute

That happened to me! Also having difficulties nursing does not allow you to leave a newborn with a stranger to go to a family wedding.

Hubbies GM’s funeral was four weeks after I had my son. it was very hard to attend. I can’t imagine going to a wedding with a one month old.

We did immediate family kids allowed. No guests or wedding party guests. Even with just that it would have been 22 kids if they all came.

I did not even think about kids at my wedding. There were two 2yo, boy -and a girl. They were the sweetest hugging each other dancing.

It’s the bride and grooms wedding, and no one should dictate what the couples decide, but sometime leaving kids out also leaves some guests out.

I think one month post partum would be crazy for a wedding. Babies immune systems are still so very fragile on top of mom’s hormones and emotions. But that’s just my opinion.
