Here in Asia we don't really need to tip since most of the restaurants were including it already on dish prices for their employees salaries

You’ve obviously never worked in a restaurant. In many restaurants. The servers are sometimes the host server and the busser.

Food servers HAVE to “tip out” bussers, bartenders, food runners based on percentage of sales regardless if they received a tip. IRS base minimum tips declared on sales.
