Technically that’s bonding not grounding. Grounding only occurs at the panel.

do not buy this or any other grounding sheet in Australia if you have a fault on your neutral that earth becomes live meaning your bed has 240v to it

Nothing will ground. You if it's plugged into 240 volt it needs to be grounded as. In copper rod grounded outside
