I walk in nature everyday. I stop to talk to this beautiful tree and place my hand on it. I also have a hawk who follows me for years now. Even shows up at my house. It's spectacular.

I woke up randomly last week at 4am with the urge to go outside and hug my tree. I felt so good. Have been doing it ever since and felt like this video was confirming I need to continue to do it. 🥰
