I follow a baker on tiktok who lays out Saran Wrap on the counter to put the flour and dough on and then it can just be thrown away for easy clean up

Dishpan of hot water, dirty dishes into it as you use, wear an apron, measure flour & sugar OVER the canisters, put effort into being neater.

Too many ingredients and all need to be precisely measured. I like to use a scale in baking to cut down on dirty dishes.
