We took the test with State Troopers in the early 90s. A car passed us illegally, I had to follow him and the Trooper got out and reemed him 🤣

I failed 1st time- on the three point turn- I did it, but continued it on the wrong side of the road- when we finished the test the instructor asked “are you from England” 😃

My first time testing I pulled out in front of a car as we were leaving the parking lot. Immediately failed, the officer said go ahead and pull back in the next entrance. 😅😫
