I came off it completely I just take herbal remedies . I was on the gel and progesterone made me worse

So glad your doing OK. They push HRT saying how it protects the heart ect. I work with women I their 90s no HRT ever given. Hormones will balance out

HRT was OK for a very short period but then it caused me to gain weight and become bloated and swollen. Stopped taking it and then tried it again after a long period but same issues so not for me!
