@hr_explained: Managers, take note. The signs you aren’t or haven’t fostered psychological safety are there. Are people generally only positive around you? Or neutral? Is everyone on your team voicing questions or disagreements? If not, thats a sign. How do you express compassion and empathy? Does your team share hard stuff with you? If you do surveys, are results shared and to what extent? Are changes made or are you rolling your eyes at the results behind closed doors?
