You only need 5 Essential Everyday ingredients for this recipe: graham crackers, butter, brown sugar, chocolate chips and pecans! It's perfect for an affordable DIY gift or for your cookie exchange but WARNING: it's SO delicious and will be gone quickly 😉 Here's how to make it: Preheat oven to 400F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper, a silicone baking mat or aluminum foil (in this case, spray with cooking spray). Line the entire pan with Essential Everyday cinnamon graham crackers in an even layer. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup unsalted Essential Everyday butter and 1 cup Essential Everyday light brown sugar over medium heat. Whisk well and bring to a boil. Once boiling, let it cook for 3 minutes, whisking constantly, until thickened. Pour over the graham crackers and use a spatula to spread in an even layer. Bake for 5-6 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle 2 cups Essential Everyday semisweet chocolate chips in an even layer over the top. Return to oven for 2 minutes, then use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate in an even layer. Top with 1/4 cup Essential Everyday chopped pecans and let cool completely until set.
