@jordanmasonhyde: So i’m what now 3 and a bit months after my knee and quad injury and have some low (top pin) leg extensions programmed in twice a week. Today, as my quad is trying to recruit fibres that aren’t connected, I experienced the weirdest and most violent leg shaking of my entire life. As I said, very little load, controlled reps, nowhere newr muscular fatigue, and yet my quad/knee just can’t do it. So so strange 😭😭😭

if the weight is not heavy then u need to adjust Ur seat ( the knees are advanced so the tension point is not right)

That specific muscle is weak so it can't hold the weight in a fluent way then it starts shaking, if you try the same exact exercise with a lighter weight then will not happen

knee isnt aligned with pivot so try aligning them and see if its a bit better

Yes basically whats happening is that you have a muscle imbalance. Your quads are strong but your hips and other muscles are probably weak
