@joshuaoguntuase: With these 3 variations you’ll pretty much have all regions of the back covered. Lats, upper back (traps and rhomboids etc) Vertical pull is great as you’ll be able to work the back by pulling through a greater range of motion. This is all you need, that’s not the say you can’t do more. Lower back (erectors) you’d cover during your leg focused movements.. So any hinge movements like (RDL’s, good mornings etc)…
