The tracking number on the return label can’t be found in the USPS website either! I returned mine almost 2 weeks ago and I have not received an email from them or received my store credit.

I returned my items over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived back to them yet? Haven't had any updates for weeks also. Sent emails but no replies. White fox customer service and returns are absolutely ridiculous!!!

Everyone ! I’ve been able to use my store credit by using the account associated with. My best advice is to be persistent and keep harassing them :(
