and yes you could fix it by turning it. but as an inspector you are not alowed to move it.

When I installed my new toilets, the float etc were separate. Installed myself and made necessary adjustments.

Quite often the fault is when tightening on supply line below....it will spin it up top....kinda of plumber error on that....

Well we assume that the plumber installed the toilet. And on installation he should have checked in the tank and made atleast 3 flushes to check

my toilet dosen't have anything in it,just a handle attached to a bucket,tilt the handle and the bucket empties inside to flush
