Made this! Here’s my recommendations: cook for at least 30 mins with foil on to properly cook the egg, and I would use croissants that are dried out a bit otherwise it ends up mushy.

I just made this and it was so fire. The only thing i would change is not dump the rest of the liquid on top and a bit more honey and added dijon!!

I just finished making this. My advice would to NOT pour the rest on top, I ended up with scrambled eggs at the bottom of my pan 😂 (only used 3 eggs)
