Post menapause isn’t much better so far the anxiety and worry is still there😩 and hot flashes but not as bad.

I'm almost 33 & have been experiencing these symptoms intensely my last few cycles. I am already on treatment for pmdd and flu-like symptoms prior to my cycle. Not sure if this perimenopause or not.
