Saw a kebab recipe on tiktok recently n went around looking for sumac. No Asian or Indiam spice shops have it. Found it in Arab groceries store.

I was wondering about this because sumac in Wisconsin is super poisonous worse than poison ivy when the bush goes red you stay away but it's used a lot because it's a ground cover stops errosion
