@cast_iron_chris: One of my favorite songs for winter. A perfect song for a perfect pan. This ERIE skillet was made by Griswold in the late 1880s out of Erie, PA. The ERIE went through: 1) electrolysis for buildup and rust removal 2) vinegar bath for further rust removal 3) scrubbed between steps with grade 3 steel wool and @puracy soap 4) four rounds of seasoning with my Seasoning & Maintenance compound at 450* for one hour(per round)
