Perfect to make a big batch and throw in the freezer. - - - Ingredients 1 loaf of bread (I used @daveskillerbread) 5 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk ( I used whole @organicvalley milk) 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp vanilla Topping: 2 tbsp softened butter 2 tbsp flour 2 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F Cut bread into cubes, I do about 9 cubes per slice of bread Add to a large bowl In a smaller bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the cubed bread In a small bowl, add your softened butter + flour + sugar. Mix well. Add your French toast mixture to muffin tins, I fill them all the way. Then sprinkle the topping over them.
