Karate Chop Point (KC): Begin by tapping the fleshy part of your hand (the side of your palm) with your opposite hand. This is the Karate Chop Point. 2. Eyebrow (EB): Tap gently with two fingers at the beginning of your eyebrow, right above the nose. 3. Side of the Eye (SE): Tap on the bony ridge at the side of your eye, near the temple. 4. Under the Eye (UE): Tap on the bone under your eye, in line with your pupil. 5. Under the Nose (UN): Tap in the space between your nose and upper lip. 6. Chin Point (CP): Tap in the crease between your lower lip and chin. 7. Collarbone Point (CB): Tap just below the collarbone, where it meets the sternum. 8. Under the Arm (UA): Tap about four inches below your armpit. 9. Top of the Head (TH): Tap on the crown of your head. Repeat each point 5-7 times while focusing on the issue causing stress.
