Mix until well combined. Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to ¼ inch thickness. Using a cookie cutter, cut out heart shaped cookies and place onto a lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden in color. Allow cookies to cool before decorating Using the red decorating icing with the no.5 tip attached, pipe a triangle onto the bottom of the heart cookie to form a hat. Using the white decorating icing with the no.21 tip attached, pipe a squiggly line along the base of the hat, and a swirl at the point for the pom pom.
