The water is the stimulant. Or the enzyme. Or the means to the end. The actual thing that makes this work is your own thoughts. You can do this with water or without water, with a bar of chocolate or a bowl of soup. Its what you want to believe that makes it work. You can even do it with the air that you breathe into. Its ALL about YOUR thoughts. If you believe you are happy, you will be happy. For many thats hard. So a stimulant, such as water, can be used to transfer your thoughts and drinking your thoughts in a physical form, can help many people hold onto those thoughts.
