@thehealthyhophead: Simple Single Serve Chocolate Cake ✨ I made this in celebration of my cookbook being released on Tuesday & it came out AMAZING! So, I thought I'd share! Recipe: Ingredients- 1 SMALL egg 2 tbsp milk 2 tbsp cooking oil 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup and 1 tbsp self rising flour 2 tbsp cocoa powder Chocolate icing to liking Sprinkles to liking Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. To a small baking dish (I used a staub 5.5 by 4.5) add the egg, milk, sugar, & vanilla. Mix until well combined. 3. Then add the flour and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined. 4. Bake for 25 minutes or until you insert a toothpick & soft crumbs come out. 5. Top with icing and sprinkles & enjoy! #food #foodtiktok
