Ladies also be aware that this could also be Polymyalgia Rheumatica IF is in both shoulders and Girdle area ( can affect other areas but these are the most common). I thought mine was from Menopause but turns out it's Polymyalgia Rheumatica. Do your research.

Had this. Never could figure out why. Took about 5-6 months till it froze completely. Had surgery, broke up scar tissue, cleaned it out. Great now!
