I use azelaic acid and you can use it in the same routine as treat. Also I use moisturiser before and after retinoids. It helps with the redness

Try Epionce’s Lytic Tx. I switched from Tretinoin to Lytic Tx with the same results of Tretinion without the irritation and purge.
