my daughter has this exact rash! Look into a vitamin b deficiency. you need one that is mthfr safe.

Have you looked into your environment like your home, work or companies around you. One of my nephews developed a lot of allergies and skin problems+

I’m so sorry! I have the same rings around my eyes. I had mold exposure, but developed environmental allergies from it. I am now doing allergy shots!
