@becky_bfit: chicken burritos 🤤 one of mine and my boyfriends fave meals! so quick, easy and yummyyyy Ingredients: Wraps 3-4 chicken breasts, sliced Red onion, sliced Red pepper, sliced fajita/burrito seasoning 1 tin of black beans (or beans of choice) rice of choice (I didn’t have rice but my boyfriend did) Cheese sour cream salsa guacamole: 2 avocados 0.5 red onion, diced 1 tomato, diced 1 lime juice salt, pepper and garlic powder Fresh coriander (I just hate coriander lol) firstly, fry off your chicken and red onion with the seasoning. Once cooked for about 5 mins, then add the red pepper. Fry off until cooked, then add the black beans. Meanwhile, make your guacamole using the ingredients listed above. You can also make your own salsa as well, I just bought one ready made! Heat your rice and wrap up and get ready to assemble. To assemble the wrap, add the cooked chicken, onion and peppers, then add a bit of grated cheese (optional), your guacamole, salsa and sour cream. at this point you can add whatever you like, we usually add some jalapeños but we didn’t have any! Wrap up carefully, and add the foil to the outside to hold it together.
