@sooziethefoodie: One of the coolest fruits in my opinion will always be black sapote- also known as the chocolate pudding fruit. This was the first fruit I ever made a video of with a voiceover 🥹 Black sapote is really interesting. When it’s unripe it’s very astringent with a crunchy almost orange inside. You almost have to let these ripen until they look rotten to have the best experience. Remember let these get really squishy. The inside turns into a custard like texture and gets that dark brown chocolate pudding like color. The flavor surprisingly tastes nothing like chocolate to me. I feel like it tastes like a light sweet pumpkin. The flavor doesn’t taste like much else asides from being sweet but at the same time the fruit is oddly refreshing! #blacksapote #chocolatepuddingfruit #rarefruit
