Stuffed Peppers! Ingredients: Ground Turkey - 1.3lbs Bell Peppers - 2 Onion - 1 Mushrooms - 4oz Garlic - 8 cloves Rice - 2c (cooked) Colby Jack Cheese - 8oz Salt Pepper Italian Seasoning Worcestershire Sauce @Bachan’s Miso Sauce Directions: 1. Slice the tops off of the bell peppers and remove the seeds. I only had two peppers so I sliced them in half to be able to fill four of them. Dice the pepper tops for the filling. 2. Finely dice one onion and the mushrooms. Grate as much garlic and you prefer. 3. Wash your rice until the water runs clear. Bring to a quick boil and then lower heat to low and cover for 12mins. Then kill the heat and let steam for 5 more minutes. 4. Add the ground to turkey to your pan and press flat. Cook without moving for 5mins until seared. Flip and break apart the turkey. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. 5. Once the turkey is cooked through add all your veggies. Cook for 5-8mins until softened and then add the garlic for 2mins. Mix in the cooked rice and then add some Worcestershire sauce and Bachan’s Miso sauce. Cover and cook on medium for 3-5mins. 6. Add a generous amount of the filling to your bell pepper and top with Colby Jack cheese. Pour in some water to help steam the peppers. Bake at 350 for 20-25mins until the cheese is melted.
