I put my 2yo down for a nap around the same time each day, and if she doesn’t sleep, I have her sit in her crib for the same duration for “quiet time”

2 & a half hour nap for a 2 yr old 🤔 my 2 yr old wouldn't go to sleep till midnight if he had a two & a half hour nap 😂 I wake him at 2.30

Yup, I have a set nap time and don't get them up until it's over. Unless they are really screaming. You can tell the difference!

I do this with my two year old too, leave it 5-10 mins & she falls back asleep. We are very lucky she’s a great sleeper & napper.
