@gigimadanipour: ✨ Chunky Chocolate Chip S’mores Cookies✨ Let’s make these delish school-, playdate- and holiday-safe cookies using Enjoy Life Foods semi-sweet mini chips and chunks!  Allergies are most definitely something to think of when we have Aren’s friends over, and these cookies are an easy way to whip up a delish dessert that is free of the top 14 allergens!  Everyone should have at least one dessert up their sleeve that works for intolerances and this one is mine! I use gluten-free flour, vegan butter, unsweetened apple sauce and of course the Enjoy Life Foods chocolate. These cookies are a perfect baking activity to keep the kids busy over the holiday season, and great for allergen-friendly hostess gifts, too! Here’s how to make them:  Yields 12 cookies  You’ll need:  1 3/4 cup gluten-free flour  1 tsp baking powder  1 tsp baking soda  1/4 tsp salt 3/8 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened  1/2 cup organic granulated sugar 1/3 cup organic brown sugar  1 tsp vanilla  1/2 cup Enjoy Life Foods Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup Enjoy Life Foods Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks  6 vegan marshmallows , cut in half  Whisk together first four ingredients. Beat sugar with butter until well combined.  Add in vanilla and apple sauce. Combine and slowly add in flour mixture, folding in with a spatula. Once just mixed, fold in chocolate mini chips and chunks.  Chill dough for one hour in fridge  In the meantime preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Remove dough. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out 12 even sized cookies. Make a small indentation in the cookie and insert half a marshmallow. Slightly cover marshmallow, bringing it back to a round shape. Place on lined baking sheet (about 2 inches apart) and add a few morsels of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chunks on top. Bake in two batches if needed.  Bake for 15 minutes.
