Flat cookies just need more flour added :) I think it’s too much butter that makes them flatten out also try to make sure the dough is cold too :)

For every time you double the batch use only 1 egg instead of 2!!! 1 batch= 2 eggs, 10x batch= 11 eggs!! If this is the cookie recipe I’m thinking ofc
