@mariannas_pantry: AIR FRYER PROTEIN CINNAMON ROLLS Nutrition: NOTE, this is based on the ingredients I mentioned I used, if you use regular sugar this will change! Makes 7 rolls: Calories: 138kcal Fat: 2g Carbs: 28g Protein: 13g Ingredients Dough 1 1/4 cups self rising flour 1/4 cup @Flex Brands vanilla protein powder (code MARIANNA15) - if you don’t have protein powder made for baking, substitute this with flour! 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 2 tbsp sugar (I used monkfruit sweetener) Filling 2 tbsp light butter (melted) 1/4 cup brown sugar alternative, i used Swerve 1 tbsp cinnamon Glaze 3 tbsp powdered monkfruit sweetener (can also just use regular powdered sugar) 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt 1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk (plus more if too thick) Instructions 1. To a large bowl add all dough ingredients and fold together with a rubber spatula until well combined. Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead until no longer sticky. 2. Roll dough into a thin rectangular shape and brush with melted butter then add brown sugar and cinnamon and spread out so it evenly covers the dough. Roll dough tightly and slice into 7 cinnamon rolls. 3. Brush the tops with remaining melted butter then place them in the air fryer at 375F and bake for around 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes 4.
