I think you can feel color contacts more than standard ones. I’ve been wearing contacts since I was 8 so maybe I’m just immune

girl that’s normal for them to feel like that 1st time. just make sure u don’t put them in backwards and wash hands before insert.

For macular degeneration, yearly optomap imaging is most helpful. You can even get the photos emailed bc comparing over the years is best

macular degeneration is more a condition inside your eye, it’s not really treated with contacts or glasses, it’s treated with injections when it gets bad (i work in ophthalmology)
