@troyjfitness: ARNOLD PRESS FOR BIG SHOULDERS🕺Is it that good….?👇 In my opinion i would strongly disagree, i think the unnecessary twist at the end is added it primarily to make the exercise look new and fancy…👇 It doesn’t add any extra hypotrophy, therefore why do we do it? Unfortunately the best way for anything in life is do more of the boring stuff on repeat. The journey isn’t always supposed to be fun and amazing, otherwise everyone who have a good body🤷♂️ Let that sink in.
