Just take Travelan anti diarrhea pills before every meal. Didn’t get sick at all while in Vietnam, and we ate some questionable stuff

Good tips. I eat in Com Bui, Com ga places regularly. Been sick twice in VN in 18 months. Once on peanut disc that I dropped on the floor. Once on pringles and canned juice. Weird.

Regarding tip #2, the wet wipes provided are generally not free so double check with the venue before you open a packet so you are not surprised

Nguyên tắc là thịt heo luôn phải nấu chín do có vi khuẩn nguy hiểm. Chứ ko phải chất lượng thịt kém nên phải nấu chín. Thịt ôi thiu nấu chín vẫn ngộ độc 😂

Only time I got food poisoning in VN during 10 months was from eggs from big supermarkets.. And I ate eveything and often at sketchy places 😂
