Google it. Studies have not supported the use of Wild yam so far and research is limited. The only study i found, suggested it had little effect for menopausal symptoms.

I've been using it a while now. No difference with my flushes but it's a nice cream for your face. Would not pay full price if it wasn't on tiktok.
