Go lighter! So many people think you need to go heavy on hip thrusts but you don’t, mine to muscle connection will always be better than adding weight for the sake of it

Put your feet closer together! Try it when ur standing up, much easier to squeeze ur glutes when ur feet are close together than far away x

that’s why i have to go lighter, my quads are so much stronger than glutes so on a weak day i have to go lighter or my quads do all the work 😩💔
