@cbcnews: Charlene MacNeil says she was shocked to find that nearly $10,000 was missing from a line of credit in her bank account, and that she would have to pay it all back — plus interest. The 37-year-old from Tofield, Alta., says the money was transferred out of her Bank of Montreal account without her permission. She thinks her account was compromised after using public Wi-Fi. BMO investigated her case but won’t reimburse her funds. In a letter to MacNeil, they said it’s her responsibility to keep her account information secure, not theirs. #Banking #Fraud #BankOfMontreal

File a small claims court action against the bank then sue them and then you may be able to get your money back - hire a paralegal or a lawyer

Good luck on getting tge money back. Same thing happened to us through ATB. Banks need to keep money safe. When will governments hold banks accountable?
