@chefthombateman: All about the Sauce, Volume 2. 10 of 20… Korean BBQ Sauce, takes minutes to make and is delicious with a lot of things! 120ml soy sauce 2 tbsp light brown sugar 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp chilli flakes 1 tbsp gochujang 1 tsp honey 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp minced ginger 1 tsp sesame oil 50ml water 1 tbsp cornflour/starch mixed with cold water 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed 1. Combine everything apart from the corn flour/starch mix bring to a simmer. 2. Add the corn flour mix and cook out until thickened should take 1-2 mins 3.
