Just a reminder that not all fonts have this!! You need a special variable weight font that has this built into it!!!

If you select round corners in the strokes stettings, you don’t get these weird parts at the anchor points. ⚪️🤗

This is not a helpful tip, since many typefaces don’t support this, or you have to buy fonts that do. Sometimes a stroke is the only option.

Not all fonts have that and not all fonts do that weird stroke thing. Best thing in that case is offset in the appearance panel so the text remains editable
