Most new cars are changing to be compatible with Tesla superchargers, sometime next year all electric cars should be able to use tesla chargers

They wouldn’t even be able to get the power grid to work if we had all of electric cars, it would literally short circuit and probably create 1/2

As someone who works on grid interconnection, I can tell you there is no plan (or legislation in CA) yet. We’ll know more by mid 2024 😅

Fast level 3 charging is intended only for long road trips. Everyday routine charging should be level 2 (home/work) that’s why there’s so few level 3
