I have both. Bonded and the clear ones you can take out. I sleep in the take out ones, and only broke my permanent retainer once (1)

My dentist a few weeks ago put bottom braces and he didnt to it strong enough because the brackets were moving then he takes it al of them off😭😢

15 years out of braces, I just found out I was supposed to wear my retainer for 10 or 15 years? My dentist told me 2 years and I’m done 😂😂
