In Texas only a judge or justice of the peace can release you once you have been arrested. So this is a significant lawsuit and wrong all around.

Police need to have cameras that do not have a power switch on them even so it should be an immediate suspension turning off cam MID STOP how is that not suspicious to anyone

It should be illegal for cops to mess with their cameras while on the scene. The only reason they ever turn them off or the audio is so they can cover up evidence

It seems like more and more as our country ages, the law enforcement are becoming like the gestapo, the kgb and the like for a police state/country. Citizens are fighting for the wrong things.
