It’s sleep walking I used too do it, don’t wake her up or scare her as it can cause a panic attack or distorted x

my son used to do that a d we found out he was sleep walking and they say dnt wake them just take them to bed my kids it runs in my kids dad's side they did it and that's witching hour they callit

They won’t do anything for sleep walking if you come concerned then contact gp. Make sure the front & back doors are bolted just incase too!

When you sleepwalk you should never wake them up because they can wake up and have a heart attack so just talk to them calmly and tuck them in bed

Sounds like she was sleeping walking babe it happens if she has cheese or something can make them do that just keep an eye and make sure u take the keys out the doors so she can’t get out

I used to sleepwalk all the time around Myas age, my mum was told best not to communicate or pull them out of the sleepwalk just lead them back to bed safely. My mum said it used tobe really freaky 🤣

I used to sleepwalk quite a lot. Once I walked to the plant pot near the stairs and started speaking to it! My dad guided me back to bed😅
