I had my hysterectomy in 2010 and I am sooooo much happier now!! The best advice I can give is REST and FIBER!! You've got to keep things moving and grooving ☺️feel better soon ❤️

had mine 20 years ago. use the abdominal binder if you can. and rest is the key. get well
