Definitely the almond milk. OR try the brand OWYN, it is vegan and they have a 32g premade chocolate that is pretty good.

Do you have issues with dairy! Dairy causes increased mucus build up which is why we’re not supposed to drink it! I became lactose intolerant in adulthood smh

I use fairlife 3-4 days out of the week when i'm working and make my own with almond milk the other days when i'm home I don't have a problem
