Any time my boys have wanted to try a new sport or something the rule was always you have to do your best and finish the season, but after that you never have to do it again if you don’t want to

This is why I love my local YMCA. They do “clinics” where younger kinds do a sport, dance, gymnastics etc for 4 wks. If they like it, sign up for the class!

haha my kid did this for karate. I had to sign a 12 month contract to sign her up. 😂 patiently waiting for summer to come so we can stop going lol.

I try to follow the advice of child experts who say after 7 is the best age to start kids in activities. Earlier has been an expensive crapshoot 😂 😩
