i relate my ADHD back to my asthma all the time. like everyone gets out of breath occasionally. or I feel no shame about needing asthma medication. and I can't just try harder to breathe.

I had to set the Alexa device up to call my phone. I lose it that many times a day and my husband refused to call it for me on the 99th time😂

It’s not my keys , it’s my glasses, every day I put them down and lose them, I even have multiple pairs….somewhere in the house …
